DO NOT GO TO ANY BRIGHT NOW DENTAL

January 31st, 2024. I went to Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted, OH.

I had scheduled an emergency appointment with them for a loose crown. They examined and did an x-ray. The x-ray showed I had a root fracture in the tooth (crown). There was no saving it.

I h to get it removed. They did not offer that type of surgery at their location I was told, so they offered me different locations to be seen at. They sent me with a referral that I would give the front desk for my first visit. I ended up choosing Bright Now Dental in Medina.

There I saw Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi, DDS. He was only working at that Medina location on Wednesdays so I choose the next soonest appointment I could with him to have a consultation.

February 7th, 2024.

The following Wednesday at 10am I brought my referral and x-ray and met with Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi. My parents, daughter and I had waited for an hour in the lobby after my scheduled appointment time before I was seen by 11am.

He only looked at the one x-ray Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted location had sent me along with. No new x-rays were taken at this appointment. There was no thorough examination done on my tooth/mouth/gums. He gave me a couple of options.

I could have the tooth removed but highly suggested getting a bone graft after. My next option was removal, bone graft with an implant. My other option was a bridge. Which he stated if I was getting a bridge another tooth next to it would have to come out as well.

That deterred me away from the bridge. I went for the plan including the implant. He explained that he would do it all in one appointment. The extraction, bone graft, then the implant.

He told me the procedure and I had understood the plan. I was not checked to see if I was a good candidate for an implant. I also had no knowledge of the downfalls an implant could bring. I was not told that there would be any chances of the implant failing.

I was not explained the options of what I would have if the implant did fail. I was not informed of the risks and infections that could happen. Fast forward, thats exactly what happened in my case. A horrible infection that reached bone and a failing implant that wasnt even in but for a couple of weeks.

February 21st, 2024.

My appointment was at 9am. I had brought my father with me. I was getting the extraction done with a bone graft and implant. To my surprise again no x-rays were taken before the surgery.

Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi procced to finish everything I have stated above. After it was all done, they took their own x-ray of the work that was done.

I had scheduled a two week follow up appointment and went on my way home. In between today and my two-week checkup I had a lot of problems concerning the stitches. These problems included them falling out completely, loosening up to the point where I had called them to let them know and they had told me it was okay to cut the stitch that was a loop hanging in my mouth. I suffered typical healing pain, it subsided, but it came back a couple of days later and it was pretty painful.

The pain would come and go in waves.

March 6th, 2024. 9am. Two weeks later. I had my 2 week follow up appointment.

This appointment I came alone. Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi came in late.

I was waiting for this appointment for about a half hour before I was actually seen by him. No x-rays were taken at this appointment. I was sent to the chair directly from the office and when he came in, he asked how I was doing. I stated I was in pain but it was bearable.

Other than that, I didnt feel I had any concerns. No other questions were asked. I had opened my mouth and he looked in my mouth for a second then with his thumb and index finger gave my gums where the implant was placed a tugged squeeze and stated everything was healing up well and sent me out the door. There was no thorough examination done.

I got up and I left. Trusting his input that everything was healing up great.

Fast forward a week after this. I had started feeling some pain that was beginning to be a little unbearable. I noticed my implant was loose and everyday it was just getting looser and sliding down more showing the implant screw.

This hurt extremely. I couldnt even close my mouth down fully because in doing so my implant screw was being pushed back up into my gums. I had called the office on Friday 22nd 2024 with no answer. I then proceeded to call all day Saturday, which google had shown they were open Saturdays 8am-2pm.

I called over 20 times all together in those days and left over 4 voicemails regarding my concern. Throughout opening shift, midday shift, and evening shift. I never was able to have my phone call taken nor did anyone call me back when I stated I had a dental emergency and needed to make an emergency appointment for my implant that was falling out and loose and causing extreme pain. Sunday they are closed so I knew I wouldnt have been able to contact them.

I needed answers to how I should be resolving this. I called Aspen Dental located in Fairview Park. They answered my call on the first phone call I made, even with 5 minutes to spare before they closed, they still answered. When I explained my situation, they got me in immediately.

They scheduled me to come in on Monday the 21st, at 1:30pm.

March 25th 2024. Monday comes. I called Bright Now Dental immediately when they opened with no answer. I decided not to leave another voicemail considering I had already left 4 voicemails regarding my emergency.

However, a couple of hours had passed and I still had no return call back. I ended up calling them again before my scheduled appointment with Aspen Dental. When I called this time, they finally answered! However, they did not offer any advice on how to care for the situation.

As they stated I would need to be seen by Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi to access my situation. They did not offer to have another dentist to take a look at it.

I stated this was an emergency and I really needed to be seen. They just kept repeating that Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi had to see me.

They explained he is only here on Wednesdays. I asked if he was at a different location today or tomorrow so I could call that location to try to see him sooner. They replied with He is actually off on Mondays and Tuesdays so you will just have to wait until Wednesday. At this point I was frustrated that I couldnt get a phone number or an email to contact him on what was happening.

I was furious that no one at that location could even give me advice on how to care for my situation or offer me to see a different dentist at their location or any other location. I knew I had my appointment with Aspen Dental so I felt some relief that at least I would be seen today.

1:30pm came. My Mother and I went to Aspen Dental in Fairview Park and met with Dr. ****.

They took x-rays of my whole mouth. Came back and informed me I had a serious large infection and the implant had failed and it needed to be removed immediately to stop the infection to prevent any more damage and bone loss. I was shown the x-ray and explained everything it showed. She then proceeded to give me a thorough examination.

They informed me they would start me on antibiotics immediately to help resolve the infection. They offered to do the extraction then and there and redo the bone graft. At this point I was not wanting to do another implant considering everything that I went through. My insurance again would not cover this procedure.

The cost was expensive. Dr. **** explained I should contact Bright Now Dental to inform them of my infection and that I needed this removed. She stated to me that they should be able to remove everything at no cost considering the infection and failed implant and that I was entitled to a refund.

I went ahead while still in her office and called Bright Now Dental in Medina. I was sitting with the receptionist at her desk at this point with my mother. When they answered, I explained the fact I went and was seen by a different dentist who could see me sooner. I informed them of my confirmed infection and the removal I needed.

They replied with thats just hearsay Bree and they will not just accept what another dentist says and that I would need to see Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi himself to see what the situation is. I asked if there would be a cost for the removal and if I would be refunded for the cost, I spent for the bone graft and implant.

They replied harshly and aggravated, you need to see Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi before anything gets explained.. Myself, my mother, and the receptionist at Aspen Dental all had a look on our faces.

I asked what the policy was in general over dental implant failure and refunds for their facility. They could not state any policy information to me. They did state, we usually do not give refunds at all, we will offer you credit towards an alternative restoration.. After the call ended, we all discussed that that phone call was unbelievably unethical.

At this point, I highly did not want Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi doing any further work in my mouth. Dr.

Ahmed R. Atarchi failed to do adequate x-rays, thorough exams and follow-ups, and has failed me legally and has failed me in the care he had provided. I was only drawn to go back to Bright Now Dental in Medina because I felt I shouldnt be spending the extra cost of removal when he should be doing this at no cost. I also wanted a refund for what I spent on this whole procedure.

I was nervous and not wanting to have work continued by Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi due to his negligence in the first place. I decided I would try to get ahold of the manager at Bright Now Dental to receive the information I was initially asking for in the phone call I made while at Aspen Dental.

I left Aspen Dental and called Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted to try to receive the policy information.

They stated most of the time the dentist who had done the work needs to see me. They had stated I could speak with Lisa who was a manager at Bright Now Dental in Medina and Elyria locations. They informed me they would leave my number with Lisa and have her get in touch with me. Later that day I had received a phone call at 5:46pm.

Lisa had called me back. I explained my situation and everything that was going on. She explained that refunds are not usually given for failed implants. Because there is always a chance an implant will fail.

She also explained that when I called and spoke to someone, they should have offered for another dentist to have seen me sooner than Dr. Atarchi could have. She told me that in order for anything to happen I would need to be seen first, preferably with the dentist who had done the work. I explained this was an emergency considering the state of my infection.

She asked if Aspen Dental had prescribed me antibiotics which they had. I had told her they offered to do the extraction today too and that I declined only because I wanted to see what you guys would offer considering the outcome. She then asked me a really weird question. She asked me how much they were charging me for the extraction.

When I told her, she said oh wow. She then asked if me if they told me I would not be numbed for the extraction considering my infection and that I would have to be on antibiotics for 24 to 48 hours before I could receive the numbing injections. I said no, they did not tell me that. But honestly that was the least of my concerns.

It had almost been a week that I was in excruciating pain from the infection and my implant constantly moving around my gums. I couldnt even close my mouth completely without pain. Hearing the fact that she said they dont give out refunds for failed implants and would offer to redo it for free gave me what I needed to decide on my next move. I called Aspen Dental and asked them when I could come back in to have everything removed and a bone graft put in.

They got me in the very next day at 3:15pm.

Tuesday March 26th, 2024. 3:15pm I am at Aspen Dental on my own. I went in and they brought me back and asked me if I had gotten ahold of Bright Now Dental, I had explained that I spoke with the office again including the Manager Lisa and they were against giving me a refund in general and offered to redo it for free. Dr.**** stated that was wrong and I am entitled to a refund.

I explained I was scheduled for an appoint with Dr. Atarchi at 3:30pm on Wednesday to try to get a refund in person. She went ahead and did my extraction and new bone graft, and I was numbed for this procedure without any issues. I felt immediately better after the procedure was done.

Before I left, they had given me all of the x-rays they had taken showing my infection to give to Dr. Ahmed R Atarchi. In the evening at 5:11pm I had received a phone call from Bright Now Dental in Medina asking to change my appointment time from 3:30pm to 1pm. I said that was fine.

March 27th, 2024.

My new appointment time was at 1pm. I, my mother and my daughter walked in and they had a full lobby of people. I walked up to the front desk to check in for my appointment. I also had asked for a copy of my dental records from them.

I had only been to this location three times so my dental records shouldnt have been a huge request. They mumbled that they would have to request that information for me and to just have a seat for now. I had waited 30 minutes to even get called back to the room. Within those 30 minutes I had asked when he would see me considering you guys called me and changed my appointment time from 3:30pm to 1pm and they were extremely rude with their response giving attitude while saying he had other patients in front of me and I would eventually be called back.

I asked to speak to a manager and they said I have to see Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi before I could even speak to the manager. The manager who was in today was Chris.

I asked why and they couldnt give me a good reason they just stated Dr. Atarchi would have to see me first before speaking or seeing the manager. The manager Chris was sitting at the office desk in the lobby blatantly ignoring me while she overheard everything I was saying. I then asked about retaining a copy of my records again and she said I have to fill out Authorization for Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information.

I did so (I also took a photo of the form) which they refused to make a copy of it for me. They gave me back the ONE x-ray image they did on me following my procedure. They said all other documents are signed by Dr. Atarchi and I would need an attorney to retrieve them.

I explained to them I have the right to access and get copies of my dental records. Under Public Health Law Section 18, I do not need a lawyer to get copies of my records and you cannot refuse to provide them to me. I said I will be reporting them to the Board of Health over the matter. One of the receptionists, stated what are you doing here, what do you want from this visit?

I stated we are here to see Dr. Atarchi to show the infection I have and how serious it is and that we wanted a refund. She then stated that you talked to our manager Lisa yesterday and she specifically told you youre not getting refunded. Which was not true.

She told me and my mother I had to be seen by Dr. Atarchi before anything was to be accessed. The Receptionist then stated even if you see Dr. Atarchi, no matter what you are not getting a refund.

You are definitely not getting a refund today. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and putting words in her managers Lisas mouth. She was laughing while saying youre not getting a refund so why are you here. I turned around and walked back to the room.

As I walked back to my mom and my daughter in the room, they put us in, to let her know they are refusing to give me my dental records that we are going to call the Board of Health, and the fact we arent getting a refund no matter what today, the 3 women working in the office forced us to leave and escorted us out. They claimed they were forcing us to leave because I raised my voice in the office. We left and we immediately contacted Lisa, the manager we spoke too before. She claimed that they should have released my records to me.

That they would email me my records. However, I never received an email. I contacted and filed a complaint with the Board of Health over the refusal of providing me my own dental records even after signing authorization. I explained to Lisa that they called me to change my appointment time and even after an hour of being there I was still not seen which is completely unacceptable.

Even more with them asking me to come in at an earlier time. It was unprofessional and unethical to not provide me with my own dental records. It was unprofessional, unacceptable and unethical to treat me the way they did. I have no intentions on going back to the Medina location nor did I want Dr.

Ahmed R. Atarchi to be seeing me over this matter. I asked Lisa what are our next steps were. She said for anything to be done you still need to be seen by one of our dentists.

She stated I could see another dentist at the location she would be at in Elyria. She was off the following week. So, I was scheduled to come in on Tuesday April 9th, 2024. The dentist and Lisa will be there during my appointment so I am hoping for a resolution to be made that day.

I am simply asking for a refund of what I spent for the bone graft and implant. I am not asking for them to refund me for the work I had to have another dentist do in order to save me from a larger infection and deeper health risks the infection was causing me. Even though honestly, I should not have had to pay for that to be fixed. But why would I go back to Dr.

Ahmed R. Atarchi when I experienced negligence from him. Just because the work would be free? No.

I was not comfortable to do so. The implant failed; the implant will not function. I had a serious infection that Dr. Ahmed R.

Atarchi could have caught during my two week follow up if he had given me a thorough follow up. Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi had failed to give me proper care, failed me in every aspect.

Diagnostic shortcuts were made, failed to do adequate x-rays, dental malpractice happened in this situation. It is professional misconduct for a dentist to refuse to provide you with your records after you make a satisfactory request and sign the release form. The whole office was negligent in refusing to answer phone calls, return voicemails concerning a dental emergency. No one in the office was able to provide me the care I needed.

They refused to provide me with my own dental records. They completely mistreated me in every aspect you could mistreat a patient.

I do not recommend Dr.

Ahmed R. Atarchi and the Bright Now Dental in Medina, Ohio as a safe dental facility.

Deceptive Charges

My name is Kenny Trussell and I live in the area of Town and Country, Tampa, FL. I unfortunately broke a tooth on June 16th.

The top left canine ( Vampire ) Tooth to be exact. I originally contacted Family Dentistry where I have been going for the last 12 years but due to having a new Job. I quickly found out that my Dentist doesn't except my present insurance, leading me to seek a new Dentist in my area. After researching my areas providers.

I contacted Bright Now located at 6411 West Waters Ave and scheduled an appointment for an Extraction.

Already expecting All the New Patient experience. I never expected the outcome that occurred. So, I scheduled an appointment for Monday the 24th of June. Did the paperwork.

Did the x-rays. In the chair !

I was actually Bombarded With, What's Wrong With, My Teeth ! But explaining to her that inner city kids don't go to Dentist. I'm older than 60 so I was just explaining my lack of attention to my mouth.

I can eat my food and the rest are good or decent to me at least.

I'M FINE ! I JUST CAME HERE TO GET AN EXTRACTION TODAY AND ! AND !!!

I ASKED HER IF ( CLEARLY POINTING TO IT !

COULD TOOTH ( now none as # 10 ) BE SAVED ?

She holds up a Zillion x-rays AND FINALLY TELLS ME NO !

Now prior to all of this happening, I have passed through one more phase of this insanity by allowing myself to be DUKED into opening an account with CARE CREDIT to secure payment for my upcoming procedures. I initially tried to pay with my Capital One card but she somehow made it seem like if I wanted to get this done today !

While I'm here ( because I took off work early for this appt. ) I need to put in for the Care Credit so we can proceed. I did !

Back in the chair. The Dentist explains how she wants to progress with my treatments ( Not to make this a long-drawn-out detailed event.

I'm going to go straight to the point of My Dispute ) The canine tooth is gone and she can't save tooth #10 so I agree to an upper partial. 3 1/2 hours later. I finally get out the chair only to see that Tooth # 10 is still there and as I see them wrapping up, I asked what happened to my Extraction ?

THE MAIN POINT IS THAT TOOTH # 10 IS STILL THERE - WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON THAT I AGREED TO THE UPPER PARTIAL IN THE FIRST PLACE. I go and come out of the bathroom only to approach the Dentist to say these Exact Words.

" You told me that I was going to lose tooth # 10 AND that was the Only Reason that I agreed to the upper partial.

This Lady looked at me and said "OH ! WE MUST HAVE HAD A SLIGHT MISCOMMUNICATION !

BUT YOU NEEDED THE PARTIAL ANYWAY !

She then turned and walked away from me. Now understanding that I have been in this dentist chair for hours and I'm feeling numb, tired and beat up.

I gather my things and leave rather than turning this present situation of anger and disagreement into anything more. I am told that I'm to return on July 1st for the original Extraction.

My upper left broken canine tooth.

Upon returning on July 1st. The Dental asst Sandra takes me into a room and explains to me. In order to proceed with my procedures, I have to be willing to let the Dentist remove 4 Teeth today. I immediately refused because other than the scheduled 1 Extraction.

I have NEVER even discussed removal of the other 3 teeth. We have a little exchange of words in which I explain to this young lady that this seems like EXTORTION. As well as Thief by Deception. I than ask her if they are not going to reverse the 1100 dollar over charge for the partial that I didn't need.

Or would they at least consider crediting me that amount in future dental work. She tells me No !

I then say that the Dentist's Original Simple Miscommunication on the 24th, has cost me 1100 dollars and Now you are basically refusing me service.

This documentation was created on July 4th and is meant to express the above events as actually taking place. Since I am being denied any future services other than returning on July 30th to receive my permanent front tooth Crown.

Let me explain that my total bill as it stands is 2,411 $.

I'm Disputing the 1,130 $ charge for a partial that was clearly done in a Very Deceptive Manner. A patient relies on the truth and honesty that a Professional like a Doctor or A Dentist provides them and NEVER EXPECTS !

A Simple Miscommunication Answer.

BECAUSE MY DECISION WAS MADE ON THE INFORMATION THAT YOU INITIALLY TOLD ME.

NOT THE MISCOMMUNICATION VERSION. To me personally I look at this as Theft By Deception and I hope that the Courts will See it that way also.

And I must add this. I think that Dentist provided excellent service in regards to her professional duties. At this point I'm just questioning her deception in trying to manipulate miscommunication into Profit with No Real Services being rendered.

Meaning even if not completed or back from the lab.

I don't have any partials and you haven't reversed the charge. I can't explain this situation no simpler than that.

Billing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Bright Now Dental - Billing

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you regarding the concerns and clarifications I need regarding my doctor's visit today, June 18th, 2024. The deep cleaning was recommended on my previous visit on 06/03/2024, so I called to make an appointment for it. Upon arrival, I was advised that two additional services were recommended for me. My doctor did not inform me of these additional services or show me X-rays. Prior to signing the document, I asked whether my insurance had been verified and whether there were any services that weren't in-network that I should be aware of. During my conversation with the front desk representative, she stated that the resin wouldn't be paid for. She then pointed to the $67.50 fee for top and bottom (which wasn't the service in question). Since I have a monthly budget, I have to make calculated financial decisions to ensure I am not overspending. Having professional recommendations for services that are beneficial to my health, I don't postpone these kinds of expenses. As a result of future expenses. It should be clear whether additional services are optional, and if they are covered under insurance, so I do not feel taken advantage of. Due to the fact that the below services were not covered by my insurance, I would have declined them. They have you sign a document that clearly states that it is not a bill and that your insurance might not cover the expenses. I was informed that my insurance had been run.

Here is what I need clarification and accuracy on:

1. What are the reasons my insurance company would decline my deep cleaning request? If so,

1a. After I was told my insurance was verified, how can it decline?

2. I was told that the specialist who cleaned my teeth was in the network, since she works under Dr. Kim. However, I have found that this is not always the case when I call my insurance company. It would be helpful if this could be verified. This deep cleaning took exactly 20 minutes from start to finish (one side) - is this a standard turnaround time (including additional services)? I was in the chair at 1:30 PM and in my car at 2:00 PM.

4. I was not clearly informed about the services that were not covered by my insurance until I came back for clarification. This is why I am interested in understanding what dentist recommends these services/if these can be held off:

Gingivitis irrigation

Local Antibiotic upper and lower (Both Sides of Mouth)

While I may have concerns, I am not going to disregard the friendly customer service that I receive from everyone at the office.

Pros:
  • Scheduling
Cons:
  • Not informing if your specialist is in or out of network
  • Recommending additional service that are not required
  • Insurance was not billed prior to services

Preferred solution: Verification of services were either in-network or out of network (Was not disclosed ) - Additional service who recommended these

User's recommendation: To call your insurance and provide them the codes to verify, also do not sign anything until your insurance have been verified and billed.

I have had horrible experiences with the Riverside CA office. I am livid about how much I have been disregarded by this company. Due to the incompetence of a previous office manager I was over charged for a procedure and billed for a procedure that was not needed for my son that I was told would be covered by our insurance. It was not.

So we were offered a 50 percent discount before the manager was let go from the office. Nothing was recorded and now we are being charged for the other 50 percent. Another son has gone months without ortho treatment because the billing office did not know how to submit claims properly and the submitted claims were for the wrong tooth. This caused a serious delay in much needed care that I already paid for.

I have still yet to hear back from anyone. This is extremely agitating and my family no longer trust this company or anything they say.

I had a root fracture in a crowned tooth that a different Bright Now location took an xray of and referred me to the Medina location. Dr.

Ahmed Atarchi had removed this tooth, placed a bone graft and then placed an implant post, 3 weeks later after my referral only using the xray taken from the last location. During my 2 week followup he took zero xrays after I stated I was in pain and just took his two fingers and wiggled the implant post, looked at it for a second then stated I was healing up well and sent me out the door. My 2 year old could have done what he did at my followup appt. A week went by and I was in unbearable pain and my implant post was loose and falling out of my gums.

I had called the office repeatedly with no answer. Left voicemails with no return call back. When they finally answered they said I couldn't see the dentist until Wed! Another 2 days away after over a week of calling them and stating I had a dental emergency.

They didnt even offer for me to see a different dentist or resort to a different location. I resorted going to Aspen Dental which they discovered a huge infection I had and they removed the post and bone graft and redid the graft, also gave me antibiotics. I had asked for a refund which I was entitled to and they refused any money back no matter what. I didnt even have this implant in for a month!

And it had failed. Any respectable dentist wouldve standed by his work and had refunded the money. The dentists at Aspen Dental stated I was entitled to a refund as well and had explained they would print out the xray showing the infection and would answer any questions bright now dental would have. Bright Now Dental had refused to see the xrays they gave me and stated "thats just hearsay" and their dentist would have to see if I really had an infection.

I had a serious infection that Dr. Ahmed R. Atarchi could have caught during my two week follow up if he had given me a thorough follow up. Dr.

Ahmed R. Atarchi had failed to give me proper care. Diagnostic shortcuts were made, failed to do adequate x-rays, dental malpractice happened in this situation. It is professional misconduct for a dentist and dental office to refuse to provide you with your records after you make a satisfactory request and sign the release form.

They provided me with only the one xray they took after my implant was placed. They refused all other copies of records due to Dr. Atarchi's signature being on them. I did report this to the State Dental Board.

We had waited over an hour for our appointment to show him my infection and they ended up kicking myself my mother and my child out of the office because they stated I had raised my voice in the office. But they changed my appointment time from 330 to 1 and we still waited over an hour and didn't even end up getting seen that day. Refused to let us speak to the manager before seeing the dentist. Refused to give me a copy of my dental records..and so on.

The office was negligent in refusing to answer phone calls and being unable to return voicemails concerning a dental emergency. I had asked to speak to the manager Chris before I saw the dentist

after being taken care of at Aspen Dental who had fixed his mistakes. The front desk girl said I could not speak to the manager until after I saw the Dentist. Chris the manager was at her desk next to her completely ignoring me the entire time.

I had asked why I couldn't speak to the manager before I saw him and they couldn't give me any good reason. They just kept repeating themselves. No one in the office was able to provide me the care I needed. They completely mistreated me in every aspect you could mistreat a patient.

I do not recommend Dr.

Ahmed R. Atarchi and the Bright Now Dental in Medina, Ohio as a safe dental facility. Or any Bright Now Dental Location.

If anyone would like to listen to a recording of my last visit there regarding this whole situation please don't hesititate to ask.

I'd hate for the safety of yourself or a loved one to be at harm. For your sake DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Unhappy with service

They constantly mess up on billing and don't take care of their customers. You can not get ahold of ANYONE above the front office manager who is never there.

They tell you they'll give you Corporate's number, then put you on hold and never come back to the phone. Twice they did this to me. Save your time and your money and choose something else.

I have to complete my son's orthodontic procedures there, because I already paid. However, I'm taking my family elsewhere from now on.

The worst place to treat your teeth

A non-professional doctor tried to remove as many of my teeth as possible to make money on implants. They removed all my healthy teeth and asked for 6000 dollars to pay for it.

I would give them zero star if I could.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I started treatment with them over a year ago. My frustration at the star of the treatment was that they didn't provide any advice.

I wanted pros and cons of plastic retainers vs. braces and they didn't provide any information. I felt pushed towards plastic, which I don't really like, but I may not have linked braces either, I can't really tell.

My biggest frustration at this point is that the orthodontist is only in the office once a week. When she's not available, you need to reschedule your appointment and it's not an easy feat since she's already booked for the next week.

They only give you enough retainers to get you to your next appointment. So when they make you miss an appointment, they're making the treatment longer. I tried to get more retainers but unsuccessfully. It feels very controlling to me, like they don't trust that I'll show up at the next appointment if they give me more retainers or something.

Today, they didn't even contact me to cancel the appointment.

When I showed up, they just told me that the doctor wasn't here on Tuesdays anymore and I needed to call them Monday (!) to find out what they could do for me. If I don't show up at an appointment, they charge me no show fees. But if they don't show up, it's up to me to figure out how to continue my treatment with them?!?

And of course, I've paid for the whole treatment upfront so I have no recourse. I can't wait for this treatment to be over and never have to work with this office again.

Deceptive Billing

Went for a routine cleaning since I have not had one in awhile and asked if they accepted Tricare Prime insurance. I was told yes and 5 months later get a bill for over $300.

There was NOTHING extra done and the entire process took maybe 25 minutes. I actually liked my dentist but have a serious issue with the deceptive billing. If I receive a bill for over $300, for a routine and simple procedure like a cleaning there is a problem. Think I could have just walked into an office anywhere and offered cash for a cleaning and have been happier.

Seems like they are charging customers for "services" they know insurance does not pay and puts it back on the customer.

No idea what that was in may case...maybe if there was some drilling or my visit lasted over an hr I might have a little more understanding but an in and out visit for a cleaning with no issues...nope. Will NEVER go to any of their locations again and urge EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY and find a reputable local dentist!!!
