Horrible First Experience

yes I had an appointment on August 21st at the Smithville Road store in Dayton Ohio it was an absolutely horrible first experience had appointments for my daughter 14 my other daughter 19 in myself which I had to take my 14 year old out of school and if you know anything about Ohio Department of Education laws they don't get that many hours so she was out of school and then I got there at 8 in the store was closed so not only that I waste the morning for my daughter there was no one in the store to open up a young lady comes to the door about 8:20 with something from McDonald's in her hand and I'm looking at her she never acknowledge me and I know she knew I was standing there to get in because I was in front of the store she didn't acknowledge me didn't ask if I had an appointment I asked her what's going on I had an appointment you're not even here to open up she says to me okay as if it was. so I was beyond bothered and. here it is September 4th and still I haven't heard anything.

It was never resolved but it's okay cause I found a better dentist . An instead of waiting three months for an appointment I got in within a week.

I called bright now dental today 5/7/2019. When I called I was immediately being yelled at an she would not let me talk at all, she kept yelling over me telling me they haven't called me because since I wrote a bad Google review of my experience last year that they are refusing to treat me anymore. But yet when she had emailed me and left a voice message on my phone she was pretending to be nice and wanted to talk so that she could do something about the situation that happened with me I still have the emails and I still have the voicemail.

Brightnow @ 1391 Commercial Way, Spring Hill Fl. Due to poor scheduling my 8 tooth bridge is still not complete. Don't you think 4:00pm is a little late for this procedure. I have been a patient for 21+ years of Castle/Brightnow. Dr. Shuayb and Cathy De Tar as well as myself shouldn't be treated like this. Heather, the office manager, needs to go back to scheduling school. I am very upset and you should be ashamed to treat employees and patients this way.

Refund Status

I was suppose to receive a refund over a week ago and so far they have not processed it. Every time I call they tell me only one person can do it and she is always on vacation. Sam the receptionist was rude, short and has no business speaking to clients. I was appalled by her attitude and unwillingness to help me. Won’t be going back there ever again.

I have been calling this location several times in regards to refund check I have not received an answer or call back with any updated information . Told me that I needed to pay cash upfront for my procedure because my insurance card would not work. Never offered a payment plan, was 2 weeks in pain and now having teeth pulled !!!!

I made appt. for 7/3/19 at 9:00am. Was told to be there early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 8:30am. Filled paperwork and by 9:15am I asked receptionist when would my 9:00am appt. be started. She went to ask someone and about 5 minutes later came and told me "it will be about 1 hour or more". WHAT? I cancelled appt. and left. I am not looking for any resolution. I simple will not go there again. They are irresponsible but it won't be at my expense.

Are you crazy ? Why would anyone publish a private telephone number or any other identifying information on an open internet website ?

This is not a conduit to the named vendor, but merely a post board to share experience and seek advice.

I over paid my bill. So I received a letter that I can get a check for overpayment or put it towards the next visit to the office. So check the box to receive a check. I called and asked about it the girl was so rude she said your not getting a check were putting on your next office visit.

Lied to & filthy

Sent email xrays and exam to buckeystown pike Frederick Md office was confirmed when sent . i get there they clamed they had no email. Sitting waiting room one of the assisants or hygentist looked as if he was fondling himself with his hand down his pants. The place looked discusting dirty. So i got up and left

Refund on my mouth guard that is not woking.

When they first mesured me for a mouthguard, the messured my mouth incorrectly. I told them I wanted my whole refund back and instead they sent it out to be fixed without my permision. Used the new mouth guard and it doesnt stay in like it should, it keeps falling out. The office told me they can only give me partial reimburse. I need this resolved beccause i shouldnt have to pay them when they didnt do it right the first time. Everytime time i try to explain to them that, they just cut me off so i cant get a word in. I. Eed this resolved because is poor customer service.

Customer service call due to office treatment

I walked into the office with my son and no one behind the desk said a word to me the entire time I was in the office!! Not a hello or any other type of acknowledgement. My famil and I have been coming here for many years! At least 10!! I recently had 3 crowns put it which was a complete nightmare. The temps fell out numerous times causing me to miss work and spend an excessive amount of money. I’m at the office with my son now and being asked what kind of antibiotic they should put him on yet he doesn’t have an infection. So why are you putting my son on an antibiotic? Dentist: because he’s in pain?? Do these people go to school?? I have three very questionable ladies back here that don’t seem to know what the *** they are doing or why they are doing it. I will be in touch with corporate again and will be taking my son to another dentist from here on out. This place leaves me speechless!!! They do not plan to fix the temporary but are prescribing him an antibiotic and there is no infection. I will contact the state surgeon general

OMG I have to agree with this post. I have had the worse experience about the crowns falling out etc.

It's a nightmare not to mention they are they are wolfs when it comes to billing.

I am looking for another dentist now. Will not be going back at all.
